Gig says delivered but there are no files attached

Hi…just hired my first gig for a resume. I received a message saying “here is your delivery” but there are no attachements. Do I have to “accept and review” to get my resume? If not, where do I find file? I did message the seller but becoming impatient! Thank you.

Don’t accept the delivery, you should be able to see the files in the delivery message.
If you can’t see them, maybe they didn’t go through, it happened to me once. I also once forgot to attach the file and had to send another message immediately after.

The point is, there are a few possible explanations, and what you can do is wait for the seller to get back to you, or if you don’t hear from them, reject the delivery and ask them to send you the files again. If you suspect they’ve sent the empty delivery message on purpose, you can report them to Customer Support, but I’d wait before reporting to see what happened.

Use the ‘Request Revision’ feature on your end to ‘reject’ the delivery and this will push a notice to the Seller that you didn’t accept the order and explain that there was nothing attached.

Sellers aren’t allowed to deliver orders without actually work, but there’s a chance the file didn’t fully upload and they didn’t notice. 😶

Wait, there has to be some file sent to deliver an order. Did the seller send you anything or did you just receive a message and nothing else?
