My sales STOP due to 60 orders completed automatically

I am complete hundred of orders all with 5 star only one negative review with one star.

No sales now just because of 60 complete automatically.
Those buyer just order the GIG and never come back.
This is very big issue on fiverr.

Other profile is very good.

Delivered on Time 100%

Hi,

I think, he means, he delivered the order on time and buyer received the order but not marked order as a completed by buyer. As a result worked marked as completed automatically after 3 days.

How can this be possible for every single buyer out of 60? Except for the fact that buyer is 1

All orders are automatically marked as complete three days after delivery. This is not a bad thing. If this is what the OP is complaining about, I’m not sure I see what “problem” the OP is referring to. Nor do I see how this would result in an intentional loss of sales.

Yeah, this is why I don’t remind buyers to leave a review. If they were unhappy with my work I’d rather just leave it at that; if they liked me enough they’ll review.

(Obviously if they really hated it they also would, but that hasn’t happened yet so fingers crossed 🙏)

Buyers are not required to leave reviews. Many buyers will choose not to do so, and that is entirely appropriate to the order. Some buyers leave reviews, others do not. This is just how it is for those of us who work as sellers here on Fiverr.

yes you are right its not guarantee but you can do this because its not impossible and i did completed more 20 orders in a single day.
