Video Thumbnail Edit

Hi all,

I currently have 4 gigs with the same promo video for each gig.
I want to set the video thumbnail to be unique and contextual to each gig.
So I followed the directions here:

To set your Video Preview:

• 1. While in Gig Edit mode, click Gallery.
• 2. Scroll down to the Gig Video section, then click the edit icon your Gig video.
• 3. Click on Play and then pause the video on the desired frame and click on Set Preview.
• 4. Click Close.

This is not working or am I missing something? Maybe it takes time to update? Any help from your experiences would be appreciated.
