I was cheated by seller at 490$

Im still at the process of trying to save my money.
But much more than the 500$ - its a test : Is Fiverr realy safe? or Do we put our invesments and money - Free for cheaters???
Its started 24 houres ago. I still didnt hear from fiverr a word.
The seller prommised to make explainer video. the button line - he has astupied video that he probably want to send to all clients he cheats.
I was openning a “dispute” and the seller refuesd telling that he sent good video…I was LOL…ayway I sent to customer help center the video he sent me. till now 24 hours after) no feedback from fiverr.
Is Fiverr Realy safe?

Hey, Fiverr is as safe for buyers as it can be. 😉 (even too much sometimes). If you think you were cheated by seller who did not provide what you agreed on or what he promises in his gigs, then you can always request order cancellation and get your money back. - but I can’t comment much if I don’t know whole story, but I can tell you, you will receive answer from customer support shortly for sure. 🙂

i know that after sort of time it approved automaticly. and than the money lost

An order will complete automatically 3 days after delivery, but if you’ve asked CS to get involved, then I’d just ignore any further messages from a seller TBH. Your money won’t be lost if CS are dealing with it.

Hi, Fiverr is very safe for buyer for your transaction, you don’t need to panic . Follow UP the Customer care I strongly believe those guys are doing a wonder job in resolving problem, But you need to tell the the whole truth.

when you are a buyer nothing to worry! there is no chance you will loose your money! even when the order marked as automatically . if you contact fiverr support, they will cancel the order and return you the money!
there was a client came after 2 weeks saying that , explaining he had some prob, and he does not need the design anymore! he asked polietly if i can refrund! was about $150! when i contact customer support they refund the money to clients as it was completed already!
