Seller promote gigs in buyers request

I saw some sellers are promoting their gigs in buyers request and fiverr is not doing anything to stop them.

What do you think about this ?

Buyers request section is dead for months because of that. The section itself makes no sense how it is right now. There are more seller spam requests than buyer requests.
