Where's my money?

Help! I’ve been using Fiverr as a Buyer this week. Three Sellers have let me down by lying about their abilities and then cancelling the gig and refunding me. But I don’t understand where the refunded money is going. It doesn’t appear to be in my Shopper Account. When I attempt to buy another gig, even for a lower amount than what’s been refunded, there is no option to use my balance. The order shows as “refund sent back into your payment method.”

Will the money go back to my credit card?

Yes, indeed they do, but it’s not instantaneous - you may need to wait a couple of days.
