Nightmare seller

I’ve had unacceptable experience. My seller didn’t go by what I requested. I’d tell him to do one thing then he would do something else. The logo looked nothing like what he was offering. When I finally just agreed on one and gave him a less then favorable review he started blowing up my inbox with please sir change your review. He wrote at least 20 messages. It’s boarder line harassment. If this is what I have to deal with when I give reviews and bad logos that I could have made on my own. I’ll just find some other service. The stuff I’ve been getting is something I could have done. And I’m not artistic at all. It’s really frustrating.

I am sorry for your bad experience. But, it is against the Forum rules to mention any user, may it be a buyer or a seller. Kindly remove the seller’s username from the screenshot and open a ticket with the Fiverr CS over here.

Unfortunately there are some very bad sellers on every platform (regarding both customer services skills and talent).

Next time you think the work quality doesn’t match what was described by the seller’s gig/portfolio, request a refund rather than leaving a review so you don’t keep wasting money. I believe you can then leave “private feedback” for the Fiverr team to look at.

No worries! I hope that your issue gets resolved. Messaging a buyer again and again for a rating change is not only against the rules, but it is also ethically and morally wrong. I hope that seller gets treated in the best way possible.

And he said he isn’t going to deliver it till I change my rating

I did give him everything I was requesting along with pictures of what elements I wanted included. Gave him colors I wanted. Everything I could think of

I’m so sorry this happened to you!

Logos are difficult to get sometimes on fiverr since so many think they are designers when they are not. You will be able to get a refund I think if you tell this all to customer support.

I’m hoping I do get a refund. I have contacted customer support

Sorry you have to deal with this! There are some great sellers on Fiverr and I’m sorry you’ve had to deal with one that isn’t. As people said before, report this to customer service and they’ll take care of you.
