Fiverr must be more active to sellers not delivering on the Gigs

HI I have been a Fiverr user on a few occasions and have been happy with the result until my last Gig when the seller did not even deliver what he had promised. I had been communicating with him only to discover that it was just a ploy to stall me so he can claim his funds from Fiverr.
I had contacted Fiverr and the response I received from them was poor to the least.
