OMG, buyer instructions in our Fiverr emails! 🎉

I don’t know if anyone has posted about this, but I’m overly excited about this feature that has been requested since forever to even search if it was already discussed or not!

So, I just realized now that the email I received from Fiverr (informing me that I’ve got a new order) looked slightly different in wording. Then I had a better look at it, and when I scrolled down it blew me away!

BUYER INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOW EMBEDDED IN THE NEW-ORDER EMAILS 💥

Gone are those times when Fiverr went offline for maintenance and I received new order emails while asleep but no way to access the buyer instructions when I woke up!

Emails are actually broken now 😉

Two buyers responded to the message directly in their email inbox today.

In the past, this would send the message they sent to Fiverr and it would be displayed to me in conversations.

Today, it skipped Fiverr and went straight to my email inbox, exposing their email address.

The customer was discussing a $175 order and he never placed it in the end! They may think I took him away from Fiverr!
