Buyer is theartning me for false advertising

There is this buyer who is threatening me for false advertising, She placed her order for 5 dollars, and when she gave the instructions i told her that is not a small project and cannot be done in 5 dollars, she said that this is clickbait and false advertisement, I told her that my gig description says " Please contact me before ordering So i can quote you a custom price"

The buyer was also using abusive Words like 'Wtf" and Bs

I have contacted CS,

What should i do to avoid these type of buyers ?
and what will happen next ?
Should i be worried ?

No you shouldn’t be worried at all.

Just cancel the order and forget her. Ask customer support to cancel it for you.
Tell them she is using bad words at you.

Buyers cannot demand that you do anything you don’t want to do. They cannot tell you what you will and won’t do. That is totally up to you. Especially if they are rude.

For this particular sale, I’d go for a mutual cancellation, as nobody should be spoken to in a bad way etc., but I can see why your buyer was confused - to be honest, i would be as well.

You could say you will do a 50 second video with ten changes only and contact you if they need more.

Well at least you have one minute in there but they might ask for 100 changes to it. So hopefully you are willing and able to do whatever they want to it.

NO don’t do unlimited revisions! Five revisions is plenty.

No - unlimited revisions are a very bad idea. Decide on the number of revisions you’ll be happy doing and stick to it.

State clearly in your description what you know you can do for $5.

Neither @misscrystal nor I can tell you what to offer for $5 - you need to work that out for yourself.
