I want to change my account to my company name

Im starting a small business and i want to change my account to my company name . It is possible to do this ?

You should contact the CS for your problem. But basically there is no option to change your username on the platform.

I do not want to change my user name , im currently a individual working on this site and i want to transfer my account on my company name so im looking to modify my contact information, like my ID card so i can pay taxes on my company .

I think there is an option on “SETTINGS” to do that?

You can change it by by scrolling down when you login. You will see customer support, click on it and you will be taken to a page to submit complains. Just click on the user name and the will be a drop down of my activities, edit profile and sign out. Just edit it to you company’s name. I just did mine.
