How to change my account location

Hello everyone
I am a seller from Bangladesh. I have a problem about my account. After closing my two account I have created this account as my third account. One of good friend from united states make this account for me. But now the problem is I am using its from bangladesh but its location is still showing United states, but my time zone not matching now. Now I want to change my location to bangladesh. How can I change it? I heard from someone for that problem I can not withdrow my ballance and fiverr will never give me the seller level.
Need help.

Then you aren’t getting an account back. You broke the rules. You only get one chance.

If a Fiverr seller in the USA created an account for you. They can have their account terminated for operating more than 1 account. If your Paypal or other payment ID was associated with your previous accounts Fiverr may not allow you to use it again.
