My "Orders Completed" is going down

Hi
I am in trouble with a buyer.
He made an order and he did not complete gig extra.
He use appropriate language and he does not want to pay extra.
I sent to him another gig for only $5 but he did not accept.
I sent a order cancellation and he accept it but he made a new order and again he did not complete gig extra.
"Orders Completed " % is going down and I do not know what to do 😦

Any order cancellation will make your ‘orders completed’ decrease. Whether it has any effect on your ranking etc. is anybody’s guess!

If you want him to pay say $10 for what he wants, would it be better to send a custom offer for exactly what you want, and then he can just accept or refuse, rather than the $5 + $5 gig extra?
