There is no official criteria. Featured gigs are hand-chosen by Fiverr staff. They do not announce how or why they choose to feature the gigs that they feature.

i want to ask that is there any why to informing Fiverr Support for Featuring a Gig? and then they help us out with it?

Fiverr seems to have experimented with the “Featured feature” lately. 🙂 We don’t have any actual information about how they choose at this time. They used to be hand-picked as Jon said. I doubt that it would do any good for the OP to contact Support to ask, but I doubt it would hurt anything either as long as they are polite. If anyone does contact CS, feel free to share what response you get. That’s always interesting.
