To all the professional sellers - what should a buyer do about an unprofessional seller?

Hi, I seem to have picked a bad seller - I actually should have seen it coming if I had taken a closer look but I was too much in a hurry. If there is a seller
whose behaviour is unacceptable, what would you want a buyer to do in such a case? I am asking because in my opinion, such a seller often indirectly hurts the other sellers on the platform who try to do a good job, the same way a bad buyer hurts the platform.
Just as a background info: if customer service at fiverr were to read through the gig requirements and messages they could clearly see that seller behaviour is not “professional”.
Thanks for your help.

The only way for you, as the buyer, to decide if the seller did what they were supposed to do is to compare what the gig description promised, and what the seller delivered.

If they did what they promised, then great, otherwise, you should ask for a cancellation and a refund.

If you need to contact customer services, you can do that here:

Although bad sellers are a pain, and should be reported to CS whenever there’s a problem, I don’t see why the behaviour of one bad apple should reflect badly on the rest of us who aren’t.
