paplexa Posted July 16, 2017 Posted July 16, 2017 I’m curious as to how other sellers’ luck have been when it comes to successfully getting Buyer Requests
jeanvictor Posted July 16, 2017 Posted July 16, 2017 In my case i don’t submit to 5$ because of the type of work i do also because of the competition, each 10 requests i get 2 - 3 messages back and a 1 potential premieum buyer but this average sometime i don’t get messages back sometimes i do get more than 4 messages (last night as an example) and 2 buyers
jonbaas Posted July 16, 2017 Posted July 16, 2017 It all depends upon how well you write your seller responses. Gaining sales from Buyer Requests should be more about your writing (and marketing) skills than just luck. Well-crafted, personal seller responses are more effective than mere “buy my gigs” desperation posts.Personally, I’ve gained quite a few BR orders, but not one of them relied upon “seller’s luck”. 🙂
thecreativeguys Posted July 16, 2017 Posted July 16, 2017 I think the Buyer Request feature is the most powerful tool when one is starting out on Fiverr. If utilized well and professionally you’ll see results. It’s very competitive and you’ll have to prove why they should choose you.
Guest uxreview Posted July 16, 2017 Posted July 16, 2017 Maybe I’m too picky, but I send about 4-5 requests a week and usually at least half of them reply back. I only bid on requests that fit my skills and price range. If you’re making 10 offers every single day and none of them reply back then maybe you’re not bidding on the right requests.@paplexa if you wish us to help you then post an example offer you made recently and we can tell you how to improve it. (Don’t forget to post the request so that we can check if it actually matches your offer)
Guest chelsea101 Posted July 16, 2017 Posted July 16, 2017 Fiverr is the best platform and buyer request is the best tool to help sellers get more buyers… use it well and it shall be well with you
somaginer1996 Posted July 16, 2017 Posted July 16, 2017 I remember spending all my daily ten for about three or four days before someone responded. Although in my case, I’ve found a bunch of people I send offers to don’t respond until much later, (i.e. a week, even two), so the total response rate was higher.I still send offers, although I’m more apprehensive about doing so because I’m also working a full-time job, and I have some recurring clients. I also try to keep from selling my prices short in custom offers so I can be sure I’m not just spending inordinate amounts of time completing something that will only earn me $5 😕
thecreativeguys Posted July 16, 2017 Posted July 16, 2017 This fiverr is one neat scam. Sellers beware - Fiverr will keep your moneyIf you have issues with Fiverr. Feel free to contact support to express your concerns. Please don’t spam other peoples posts.
topaz_muse Posted July 16, 2017 Posted July 16, 2017 Based on last week, I sent out 2 - 3 requests. Got responses from two and an order from one. It’s tricky for me because there are times when requests surface but I can’t or don’t bid on them because I don’t have a gig that matches directly.
