Order Cancelled after 3 months!

Hello everyone,

Today I got the notification that say “Your Order # is cancelled by fiverr customer support”, i have no idea what happened and whats wrong! the order they cancelled was with 5 start rating and outstanding review comment. this order was done when i start to sell in fiverr last 3 months ago and i have delivered him/her 6 logos with mockups for their products. even unlimited revisions since she/he was very picky. the order money is just $8 but the thing is what’s the wrong? will it happen again for any other orders? if anyone have explanation to this please comment.

Dear Mark:

One can only speculate but 2 leading guesses would be:

1. whoever made the original purchase changed their mind for whatever reason and the payment processing company acceded to their demand;

2. whoever made the original purchase did so fraudulently and when the card owner found out they demanded a refund.

I suggest that you consider this a cost of doing business on this platform.

This is one reason why Sellers are wary about working on large orders or doing lots of orders for the same Buyer.
