Hi ,

Can anyone tell me what direct payments are? upon talking to a client a red line showed on left-bottom side of my chat bar saying that Do not accept direct payments, It can get your account blocked/deleted .

Any payment straight to you, cutting out Fiverr as the middle man, so they don’t get their 20%.
