Cancellation rate for level 2 seller

Can you please tell me how much Order Completed rate required for Level 2 seller?

Like some guys have 41 orders completed and are level 2 seller

Could you be confusing reviews with cancellations?

You may see level 2 sellers with 41 reviews, but they’ll have had more than the needed 50 orders, as not all buyers review their completed gigs.

I realise cancellations play a part as well, but I doubt anyone can get you a figure for attaining/keeping level 2 status.
