Withdraw Problem, Anyone having the same problem?

Hello,
“your card was captured” I keep receiving this message when I put my Payoneer card in any ATM to withdraw Fiverr money also my money is decreasing.
Anyone with the same problem ?

I did almost everything ! But it seems everything is just fine in my Payoneer account so I asked here if someone working on fiverr is having some problem or have any solution.

Sounds like you have entered the wrong pin 3 times. In my, country Bank does not return the Card. Need to issue a new card. Payoneer charge 12.94$ to issue a new card. At 1st step contact with the bank of that ATM, then contact with Payoneer 🙂
Once you send your Fiverr money to your revenue card, possibly it was successfully transferred to Payoneer.
Check balance in your Payoneer. if you see your amount is decreasing you should contact Payoneer support immediately 🙂

Once your funds have been deposited into your Payoneer account, they have nothing at all to do with Fiverr. Nothing can be removed or added. It’s the same as your money being in a bank. In this case, you need to discuss this with Payoneer.

When you withdraw money from fiverr to payoneer, it takes 2 days or more for the money to show on your payoneer balance (2 hours if you pay an extra fee to payoneer).

If you use your card before total money clearance, the ATM may take your card and both payoneer and ATM charge you more fees (the reason why you see less money).
