I am a new user that why I need your help

I need little more help about the buyer offer, I complete one order for that buyer and before starting my first project he offered me that there is another work. that have 99 more videos and per video, the budget is set so in that case, I have to send them 99 offer or ask the buyer to send all video in one order or create one offer for the whole project.
