How the heck do you cancel an order?

I can’t find any link in the resolution center for cancelling an order. I placed an order with a seller (# FO22B63C1A67) but the seller says he can’t fulfill the order to my specifications. That’s fine. I’m willing to cancel the order and just post it as a custom gig for sellers to bid on. However, I can’t find the freaking cancellation link!!! We’re supposed to be able to do a mutual cancellation, but for the life of me, I can’t figure out how to initiate that process. I feel I buy enough gigs on Fiverr that it wouldn’t kill them to make it easier for me to take my $5 and use it toward some other seller. I still want the gig, but I need to find someone else to fulfill it. sigh…
