How to cancel the order with unacceptable delivery from dishonest seller?

Hi there!
How I can cancel order with unacceptable delivery? I have a real nightmare with seller. When it comes to get my money he looks friendly and professional, discussed project and answered all my questions. He make me custom offer and we have a deal. And then… Seller was late on the first delivery date, and he asked me for additional 72 hours and I agree, than she stopped answer my questions. After some time than has offered to extend the delivery time for 22 days!!! Than he become unanswered, than he asked me to wait another 3 days, i agree, and again he gave me nothing and no reply. I asked him to be honest and cancel the order-no reply. At the end The delivery deadline has passed and i have nothing- no replys, no delivery.
i was stupid and send seller a notification (instead of cancelling ordre as quick, as I can but let me clear – I really need the ordered parts and I hope I can get it) when I sent receive to custom support and he delivered quickly an unacceptable delivery. To be clear (if you not a musician) he not followed my instructions exactly but its a half of problem. The real problem - he delivered one mp3 file with two parts mixed parts together. To be useful musical pats should be in different tracks lonely piano. Lonely strings ( and for strings-different microphone stems) So its impossible to use anyway. and being conductor, he knows it absolutely. This is a mockery. I requested a revision -no reply. I asked a question - no reply. I believe his strategy -just to do nothing. How can i cancel this order now?
Absolutely dishonest seller. he stole not only my time but also my money.
And what now – should I just present my hard earned $ 60 and said thank you? And have nothing at the end? No Buyer protection?

Give up on the seller entirely, and use the Resolution Centre to ask that the order be cancelled. If the seller doesn’t respond within 3 days, then the cancellation should occur automatically. It’s only if the seller actively chooses to decline the cancellation that there would be a problem - which would then be the time to raise it with customer support, as they have no intention to actually redeliver.

No, you need to use the Resolution Center and “Officially” ask for a cancellation.

On the order page (the page where you have been communicating), go to the top of the page and on the right hand side, you will see Resolution Center.

Click on “Resolve Now” and then follow the instructions from there to request a cancellation.

If the seller does not agree, then go to customer support.

Thank you, just do it. And i have message from the system:L seller have 2 days to accept or decline.

  • What if he decline?
  • What if he just to do nothing again?

If he does nothing then it will automatically cancel after 2 days and you will get your money refunded to your Fiverr account.

If he declines then you need to go to customer support and ask them to cancel it, explaining the reasons why.

If you did not use the resolution center first then support would not help you.
