Will the Fiverr be on my side if the client decides to leave me a bad review due to an untimely delivery?. In the description of my gig it is indicated that the client needs to contact me before the order is made (to clarify the details and the time to execute). And I intend to ask the client to cancel the order (if he ignored my request). If the client makes a bad comment (because I refuse to execute his order) will the file be on my side?Thanks! By unjustified I don’t mean if the work is good and the buyer leaves negative, but just if they buyer breaks the terms of service.Also, it might happen if the buyer doesn’t respond to you and then leaves a negative feedback. We’re just sellers and buyers here, not Fiverr staff, so whatever we say, it’s our personal opinion (unless someone actually quotes Terms of Service, of course). If the order is active and you have an issue with the buyer, I advise you to cancel the order mutually with them, so that you can focus on your other orders. If the buyer does not wish to cancel the order, and they reject your mutual cancellation request, please communicate with them and try to find a solution for the issue. Also, you can contact us in that situation, and we will assist you accordingly. "They also emphasize that “all buyer feedback is final.” But “Every once in a while we’d be willing to make one time exceptions or a take a seller’s personal situation into consideration.”For myself I can conclude that most likely a bad review will remain on my page.
