The feedback system is flawed

I would say 95% of sellers here have feedback of 98% or higher. The reason for this is that people can refund buyers and have their feedback removed after the sale. This is a really bad system especially on a site where most orders are just $5. Ofcourse anyone will trade $5 for not having a bad review and any buyer will take their money back over leaving the bad review. The result of this is tons of gigs that do not produce results still having perfect feedback, which defeats the purpose of feedback period. In addition buyers know that and use it to try to get free work done.



This option really needs to go along with the accepting/denying work after submission. As long as the seller knows they will get feedback based on their quality of work they will work hard and provide the best results possible.
