What category should I offer my service in?

Hello everyone! I am a new seller and just starting to post and refine my gigs. One of the gigs I am offering is essentially a English to English translation service (taking advanced and out of date English passages and rewriting them in simple, plain English), however in the “Translation” tab you have to select two languages. I realize that English to English does not truly count as translating, more like a form of transcribing, but I was wondering what other Fiverr users would suggest as the correct category for my service.

I have been doing this “translating” for years for non-native English speaking friends and classmates and have never really had to describe it, so any help with this would be fantastic!
