My account got disabled before the pending clearance were cleared

Hello everyone, I have a simple question that I am curious about.
My previous account was disabled (and I am totally at fault for that) and my only concern is i had few dollars pending clearance when it happened so now that it is time that I contact them to withdraw my remainings ( they said to contact after 3rd july), I would like to know if the money that was pending clearance would be available for me or are they lost?
Please let me know if you have any idea about it. thankyou guys

As far as I know, no money should get lost. However, financial-related matters are CS’ responsibility to help you with, and unless someone in here had a similar situation to yours, we can’t really answer such a question as it pertains to Fiverr’s internal rules & regulations.
