Search filters aren't working

Whenever I use the “Seller Level” filter, I never get accurate results. Here’s an example.

I’m a level 2 seller for a really long time now, but when I search for one of my keywords (or for anything else, it’s just an example) and filter to level 2 sellers only, my gigs don’t show up:

Yet if I filter to new sellers only, my gigs instantly show up along with the other level 1/2 sellers’ gigs:

My gigs clearly say “Level 2 Seller”, yet I appear as a new seller and I’m not showing up under the level 2 sellers. From what I see, I’m not the only one having this issue, as there are way more level 2 sellers for this keyword than the amount shows up if I filter for level 2 sellers only.

I’ve tried reporting it to CS quite a few times, but I can’t handle their template replies anymore, so I gave up. I’m having this issue for many months now, is it just me?
