i had to learn the hard way that once fiverr has your money, you wont ever get it back. bad experience? well tough luck! you now have a credit in that amount that you have to use here. .

If you’ve purchased a service and the seller cancelled the gig, those funds should be returned to your account.

If it was not refunded there may have been an issue in which case I’d recommend opening a support ticket.
