Notification Winking Everytime

I dont know if you are experiencing this kind of problem i have.Notification bar always winking green i have seen everything orderd,messages and notification bar must stop winking green but it wont stop.Look at this pictures.Send message to customer support but no reply.

Seriously Mine winks all the time. I simply just check to see if there are any messages and wink back. It’s not an issue man don’t sweat it.

ok i tried 5 minutes ago and corrected everything.I just hit notification bar and that clicked load more several times until the end 1 moth reports and after that wirking stopped maybe there was somethis i was missing so check out

It keeps on Winking. I’ve made a a habit of regularly clicking it to see if something new is up.
