I had 2 credits 10.00 and 5.00 yesterday and had problems with using my credits

i had 10.00 but was not able to use 5.00 from this credit and the system lost my 5.00 as i was purchasing.

then i had another 5.00 credit (since fiverr automatically buys stuff for me (when i have credits) without me clicking) and just vanished from my screen…so now i am missing 10.00 that were credits…they keep saying that they are busy in their emails…what is the right action because i cannot keep loosing money…i know it is 5.00 but it did not go to the sellers .
