800 plus Active Buyer Requests

Nowadays some strange things are happening.

When I was promoted to level 1 “Active Buyer” requests at once reached to 800 plus and most of them are oldest even from April.

I contacted CS they said,“Clear your cache and cookies”. I did so but unfortunately it did not work. The second instruction from CS was to check with Google Chrome. Google chrome also failed to solve the problem. The last reply from CS was to wait, it will be deleted automatically.

It is very difficult to find out the new and current request because sometimes old request are showing at the top.

Does anyone of you having same problem or know why is it so?
