Seller contact seller for advice?

i was wondering if it would be ok to contact another seller for advice. i am new to fiver so i do not get a lot of clients receiving advice from the more successful sellers or illustrators in my case would help me a lot.

I want to know if this is ok or not allowed?

It’s better to ask for advice on the forum.

You’re only allowed to contact other sellers if it’s to ask about their service because you want to hire them. Any other kind of messages is considered to be spam, and if the seller reports you for it, you could get your messaging disabled.

see i get a lot of clicks and views and the very few sales i made all have five star ratings… but i still don’t get much orders and new clients.
