Big issue in my account

Hy,i suffering some problems, I can’t login my account on desktop, there is msg like your user name wrong but when I login in my mobile so it will open same user name and password, so how to solve my problems, please help

you should clear cache and cookies from your desktop browser. Also deactivate internet connection and reactivate again.
