How can i solve an issue with a buyer?

i have done my job properly.and i have provided proper report and prove that i have done my job.but now he is asking me to refund on message.what am i suppose to do now?i have all the proves.

If you completed the work he requested, you’re not entitled to refund him.

You should get in touch with support and address the matter right away. Submit the order details and support will look in to it. You delivered the work exactly how your buyer requested, your buyer verified the delivery and approved the order, you dont give him a refund.
