My payment with payoneer debit card was not processed and payoneer debited me

Hello there,

I’m having some issues with my Fiverr and Payoneer account. Prior to this I have been using payoneer and Fiverr seamlessly to make payment.
So I wanted to make an order of $120, but I have $30 already in my fiver account. On the process of making the order with my payoneer master card, I got an error that my order was not processed that I should try again later.
I wrote to support about this and no response yet.
And my payoneer account have been charged for the remaining $90, only that the money is in payoneer’s pending authorisation column.

As at this moment neither payoneer nor Fiverr have responded to my request.

I need to get this order processed as soon as possible. Please any body in the house or Fiverr team with idea on how to resolve this?

Hi, Contact payoneer, they will send the money back to your account, it

will take sometime but excersise patience. Good luck!
