Deliver and Late :(

Hi my friend,
I just want to know after we deliver the gig some buyers ask modifications after deadline. Then order will shows as late. (suppose order duration is 3 days. I deliver the in two days. but after 2 days buyer ask for revisions. Order shows as late.) This will be effected on our sales, ratings and gig listing?
Anyone have experience on this?

Thanks friend. But my 3 order was late as I said. After that I am getting a few orders than before. 😦
