Gallery photo upload

I recently discarded a picture from my gallery, but I can’t upload a replacement.
I get a message;“minimum requirement is 550 X 370.” I spent several hours trying to upload my photo files, no luck. I got app that resizes the image, but always one dimension doesn’t make it ?

This isn’t something I know anything much about but I know @taverr has spoken about this before, perhaps he has an answer.

I’ve had the same issue multiple times - a bigger image will work with the latest upload changes - try a larger image!
