judejude
I had apparently used an unsuitable gig page image. It was removed, and now I can’t add a replacement image. Is this permanent? I tried to post a replacement gig, but it did the same thing. I couldn’t put a gig page image in it. Is there a solution?
kaitomono
I had the same thing happen to me. I just wanted to update my gig description and an extra time change and I got an email from cs saying my picture was not of good resolution. I thought it was fine, better than some I’ve seen on here. But I got another one and then couldn’t upload it. I couldn’t remove the other one so I put two more up in the only spaces available and clicked save.Got another message to fix my graphic. Opened a support ticket telling them I was unable to remove the picture. Never did get a proper answer and then I see they put it to delete. This was a website evaluation gig with several positive comments. So now it is just gone, I didn’t delete it myself.Had the same thing happen with my new gig, couldn’t upload or remove the graphic but I went to the old fiverr interface and finally was able to remove the graphic and upload a new one and the gig was approved.Try going to the old fiverr and see if it helps you. Good luck.

kaitomono
Bummer! Well I guess you have to do the customer service thing, good luck with that!
kevinwil
On the new Fiverr, when you go to edit your Gig and want to change the image, scroll over the image you want to remove. On the top right you’ll see the option to remove the image.Check that your image is in JPEG format, 682 pixels wide x 459 pixels high and no more than 2MB in size. kaitomono
Well, it would have been nice if, with all the customer service requests I sent about this problem, someone would have pointed that out to me. I expected that the new version worked the same as the old one in that you clicked on the small graphic in the upload area, I didn’t notice the little x at the top right of the actual large graphic. Thanks for this info. Now that I know how to remove graphics in the new Fiverr, do you think you can restore my web evaluation gig that was deleted (with several nice comments)? kevinwil
@kaitomono this is something that only our Editors can do. Please submit a request to them (via customer support) to review this Gig.
