What was your reason to join Fiverr?

I very recently joined Fiverr,

I am only 16 years old and very soon I will be starting college. I’ve always wanted to make some of my own money since my family won’t let me work due to my gender. My father felt working wouldn’t be safe even at his own business at a convenient store. They want to pay for my college until I get into a job in the field I want. I joined Fiverr to somewhat understand how to communicate with clients and just make a few extra bucks to earn something myself. What I do here is not what i’m going to major in but it is something I do as a hobby and have a passion for. I want to major in Business Marketing but I am sure I can learn a lot on here. I am very hopeful 🙂

I just wanted to serve the entire world at one point, and my dream came true here on fiverr

I wanted to get back into voice work after many years away and earn an income without having to go to auditions out of town, etc. I also wanted to still be able to be a stay at home mom, so I decided to take my chances on Fiverr and have been very happy with that decision.

I’m truly grateful to Fiverr and every single one of my buyers for the work. I get to do what I love on a daily basis.

You may have mentioned this somewhere along the chat, @tzezuka . But have you purchased the macbook pro yet? Or still working towards it! 😃

As for me, the first gig I posted is my passion. To help others out, specifically through behavioral strategies. I got some education and work in the mental health field, so this was really just my attempt to further stretch my arm and help those wanting to improve a habit or improve their child’s behavior.

That being said, it’s not exactly the most popular topic on Fiverr, so I am in the process of putting together more Gigs of what is popular on here. I’m proficient in a lot of what Fiverr offers, so really I just want to expand my Gigs. I’m ultimately wanting to work from home, so this is that small first step!

I joined fiverr when I was looking for more ways to share my gift to the world. I have had success locally by helping people in my country and I was looking for ways to reach out to more people international. I guess fiverr gave me this opportunity.
