Reply to @kjblynx: About your tip no. 3, I just wanna input some experience of which I also won the case. Even though the buyer is so angry, Just keep your cool and explain it professionally. Who knows, your buyer might lower his/her temper and get back to work and more probably, give you a POSITIVE FEEDBACK! 🙂

  1. Communicate with the buyer ASAP. Don’t let the first contact be your gig delivery.

  2. Deliver on time. If you cannot, contact the buyer and explain.

  3. Be polite, even if you receive bad feedback. Do not use it as a chance to “get back” at the buyer. I REFUSE to order from sellers who are rude to (rude) buyers.
