How to enable/add gig package attributes

I’m not being able to add gig package attributes checkbox in my gig. The only options available in the pricing section are Gig description, title, revisions, delivery time and price. I wanna know whether one has to attain a specific seller level or not.

You should enable 3 packages on pricing section, see attached file

I have tried enabling the feature, but no options to add custom gig features came up.

Unfortunately, custom gig extras can’t be added to the check list, but show up when the buyer goes to the check out page.

Have you figured out a solution to this? I tried contacting support and all they did was tell me I can’t…they didn’t tell me why.
