My friend's account got closed for no reason

Hi, Some hours ago, my friend’s account got closed for no real reason, and she couldn’t log in. She tried to reach customer support but she couldn’t, as they didn’t have a public email address to contact to.

And the worst part is, she cannot get back the money she earned, which is about 40$

Is there any way to get the money back or get her account back?

She must have broken the TOS someway. Send an email to CS but first ask them why it was blocked, dont get all “respect my authority” on them.

She did, and it was because her profile picture was too hot for them. lol

She has apologized to change her profile picture and is waiting for a reply from them 😃

Reply to @radugeorgescu: lol I was very polite with them as i was being abused… they did nothing about it. I am not sure how to even approach them anymore 😕
