Help, please! How to set the photo thumbnail with a video present on the gig

Hi. I posted my first gig with a relevant still photo of me with a microphone and that now picture now appears if one opens the gig, but the thumbnail-- which is all most people will ever see and hence my primary ad-- happens to be the irrelevant final frame of the video I posted! So, I remade the video to end on that same relevant image as the still photo. After a day, the new video was approved, BUT the same irrelevant thumbnail slide is still showing (i.e., the final frame of the previous video is still showing!) when you just search on the gig without opening it. How can I get my still photo, or even the current final photo of the video, to show as the Gig thumbnail? Thanks.
