6 days and still not in new arrivals

Hi, just so I dont come across as impatient I have waited for 6 days so far, while looking everyday to see if I am listed in new arrivals.

After 6 days my both gigs still did not show up in new arrivals, neither in Illustration nor 3D Graphics new arrival sections.

Does anyone else have a similar problem or is it just me?

So should I be contacting support now, if not do you have any other suggestions?
