Orders getting timed out for buyer

In my last two orders, the order gets time out and buyers fails to order.
Later, there are 10 duplicate orders and buyer had to cancel them.
Again in current order, same issue is with buyer.

Anyone else has faced this issue? Is it a bug with timezone?
