I need help getting my sales started

Hey guys, I am a graphic designer basically with some free time available.
I just need some help on trying to move up my first sale. My values on the gigs seem to be stuck on zeros. Had a buy request like a few months back but because of hopelessness I didn’t check fiverr much those days.
Although, I am here now to work up into something so any help would be appreciated.
And I also need some help on knowing the payment system.
