Buyers Request Not Found & New Gig Arrival

Hello everyone,
I am a Newbie here, I noticed when I click Selling I am not seeing the Buyers Request option. It is saying “NOT FOUND” Can someone tell what is happening?

Also, I have 7 active gigs up but not seeing any of them on the Newest Arrival when I am searching. Fiverr support or someone please tell me what is happening?

According to CS, newbies don’t get Buyer Requests. I don’t know why they do not display it to some of the new sellers. Good luck.
