Can I keep the Photo Cover while I want to Upload a Video

Is there anyway I can Keep the Photo Cover / Primary and not a sequence from video as a Cover of my Gig?

No as far as I know, there isn’t any option for custom thumbnail.

Yes, but when you search, there comes Up my gig and as the Cover/thumbnail is a Part of video not the Photo I had before uploading video.
