Is this allowed within Terms of Service?

I’ve read similar questions and answers on this forum but my scenario is slightly different…

My gig will sell my services for setting up a WordPress website and will include setting up their email address for their chosen domain. It will also include 1 month of free hosting.

I’m hoping that after the initial month of free hosting these clients will choose to continue their hosting with me at $12 per month. This additional hosting is a service I provide outside of Fiverr. After one month I will contact them via the email address I set up for them and since it’s a month after the project I hope they are technically no longer considered a Fiverr client.

So technically…

  • I have not asked for their contact details and,
  • I have not offered a Fiverr gig outside of Fiverr

Is this allowed within Fiverr’s Terms of Service? I’m not trying to dodge their system, I completely understand their right to protect their income on gigs offered on Fiverr. I just want to be able to offer a service that will be great for clients and will make it worthwhile for me in the long run while not run the risk of getting banned.

Technically once an order is completed on Fiverr they are still a potential client for you or someone else later. Why not sell it as 3 gigs a month for hosting inside Fiverr? When you become a level 1 and level 2 you can offer it as a gig extra. A client is technically not supposed to deal with you outside of Fiverr.

until you have a level badge they can’t purchase multiple gigs at once. But when you become a level one and level 2 the sky is the limit. as a level one you can sell 2 gig extras or allow customers to order up to 4 gigs. as a level 2 you get 3 gig extras or sellers can order in multiples of 8. Believe me it will be well worth it. Just wait until you level up.
